Free Back to School Immunization Clinic

The Attleboro Health Department and the Attleboro Public Schools are offering a free Back to School Immunization Clinic. These clinics are offered on a first come, first served basis. Beginning September 2011, amended school immunization requirements will take effect for kindergarten students and seventh graders.  Parents/guardians can review a summary of these requirements at http://www.attleboroschools.com/apssite/health.html. Questions can be directed to Jacquie O’Brien, Attleboro Public Health Nurse, at 508-223-2222 x 3244. The Health Department will announce additional clinic dates in the near future.
