
On Friday, November 18th from 9:30am – 11:00am, Watson’s Candies & Café, located at 14 South Washington Street in North Attleboro center, will have Nicole DeRosa Canella, a local children’s book author, join Free Fun Friday with her first published book named The Ribbit Exhibit. This 28-page book is a story about one little frog who has been a target of bullying and teasing at school, takes a big chance and learns that bravery comes in all shapes and sizes.
During this free event, children will enjoy a craft, enjoy the book read by Nicole, decorate their own homemade sugar cookie to eat ~ or take home. Books will be available for purchase, signing and personalizing. All ages are welcome. Space is limited, so keep in mind - you must reserve your space for this event. Nicole received her Bachelors in English Literature and Theatre from Wheaton College in Norton, MA. She has worked as an actor and teacher and looked forward to becoming a writer of children’s books. This is her first book and she looks forward to introducing many more.
