February Parkinson’s Disease Support Group Meeting

On Wednesday, February 12th, the Parkinson’s Disease Support Group will meet from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm at Community VNA, 10 Emory St. in Attleboro. Joyce Colletto, RN, Community VNA Liaison Nurse will share practical tips on home care for people with a chronic illness. Joyce has vast experience helping patients and families problem-solve when issues arise. The goal is to maintain the highest level of functioning possible. Please join us for this interactive event. Community VNA is pleased to host this support group on the second Wednesday of every month. Meetings include speakers, refreshments, conversation and support. Although the monthly meeting is held in Attleboro, it is open to all communities.
