Japanese Cultural Experience Coming to Attleboro Public Library

The event will include ink printing, origami and drawing activities.

The Attleboro Public Library is celebrating the Big Read, a program of the National Endowment for the Arts in partnership with Arts Midwest, by hosting an event called the Japanese Cultural Experience.

The Japanese Cultural Experience, consisting of four creative activities related to Japanese customs, will take place on Saturday, Sept. 27 in the Children’s Room of the library.

The day will begin with the Drop-In Origami Workshop featuring Attleboro Arts Museum artist Abby Rovaldi, which will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

The Japanese Cultural Experience closes out with the Japanese Food & Numbers activity from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
