Selectmen approved a liquor license transfer Wednesday night after a new manager was brought on to , an Olney Street delicatessen.  According to Anne Rogers, executive assistant to the Board of Selectmen, the deli is run by a new manager but the rest of the business will remain unaltered. According to a public notice, Marjorie Germoni was the previous manager. Sarah Schupp is the new manager of record. The deli employs skilled butchers who are willing to educate their customers about lesser known cuts. The business also offers a variety of food organic and kosher breads, drinks, fruits, and snacks.
