Key to Awesomeness: Houle is a cross between Martha Stewart and Madame Curie. Utilizing the scientific method, Sara's seventh grade science experiment assessed how baking powder affects cooking properties. She spent hours slaving in the kitchen making tasty experiments. According to Houle, the more baking powder was added to her recipes, the fluffier the end product.
Her experiment won an honorable mention at the fair.
