Not unlike cinemas across the country, fans of all ages flocked to the Showcase Cinemas in Seekonk. Prepared for the box-office rush, the theater added showings. Friday night tickets were sold out as of the morning. For devoted fans, the feeling is bittersweet. While they have been waiting 10 years for the epic conclusion, they say the finality is hard to accept. For over ten years, audiences grew close to the story and its characters.
