Viewfinder: Antique Shop Houses Attleboro History

Bikes, clocks and more Attleboro treasures.

Steve Bergevine is settling into his new storefront on South Main Stree next to Morin's Diner.

He has moved most of the antiques and collectibles from his store  on Pleasant Street to his new location, Antiques N' More. The old store will become a tobacco shop.

Bergevine is often asked if he has to travel far to find all the treasures in the shop. His answer is simple. "Most of these things were made in Attleboro so most things just walk through the door," he said.

He has a number of Attleboro collectibles that are not for sale  such as the clock from KidsTown, an order-board from Coopers Restaurant that was  located in the Bates Building and a doll carriage that was rumored to have come from a display at London's Department Store.
