Viewfinder: Made in Seekonk – A Grandfather's Passion
Tractors, 4H and woodworking keep Ralph Travers a busy man.
Ralph Travers has plenty to keep himself busy, with his roadside farm stand on Chestnut Street, his granddaughter's 4H activities, his love of all things tractor and his amazing gift of woodworking. He has been building lighthouses for many years, and he often spends most of the winter in his workshop.
The summer becomes a time to work in the garden and spend time with his friends, who share a love of antique and current tractors. His granddaughter, Kailey Dipietro, comes a regular basis to care for her many 4H animals that live at her grandfather's house. She is getting ready to show twin goats and her rabbits.
