Join in for a free outdoor meditation in the beautiful surroundings of the Boston Public Garden. Take a break at the end of the week, enjoy the fresh air, and discover simple techniques to feel calmer, think more clearly, and reconnect with a sense of ease.
Friday Reset in the Public Garden.
Enjoy a guided meditation by the lagoon and learn practical tools you can use anytime, anywhere. Relax, reset, and connect with others (30-50 people most times) in a welcoming, friendly environment.
