The NYC based company, Maya Kite and Dancers, is returning to Boston for their second annual concert at Roxbury Community College. This year, choreographer and Boston Conservatory alumnus Maya Kite has collaborated with photographer Larry Pratt, and composers Chad Gray and Amber Vistein to expand the artistic range of the concert.
The pieces range from dramatic and personal, to abstract and simply visual. However, all the works have an underlying touch of humanity. The dancers' skills as actors and as movers are highlighted throughout.
