Heroin Arrest and Robberies in the Log

The following incidents took place in Back Bay.

Fri, Feb 25

• Police responded at 12 a.m. to a report of a verbal dispute at 133 Beacon St.
• Police responded at 12:30 a.m. to 365 Beacon St. for a report of vandalism.
• Police responded to an assault and battery on Boylston Street at 7:45 a.m.
• Police responded at 12 p.m. to a report of fraud at 580 Commonwealth Ave.
• Police responded to 131 Dartmouth St. at 1 p.m. for a report of larceny over $200.
• Daniel Gomes, of 23 Forest Hills St., Jamaica Plain, was arrested at 4 p.m. and charged with shoplifting more than $200 from 53 Huntington Ave.
• Maria Nunez, of 20 Aguadilla St., Apt. B, South Boston, was arrested at 4 p.m. and charged with shoplifting $50 to $199 from 500 Boylston St.
• Police responded to a car accident at 4:20 p.m. at 47 Huntington Ave.
• Two juveniles were arrested at 273 East Berkeley St. at 6:05 p.m. and charged with possession of a Class B drug, with intent to distribute.
• Police responded at 8 p.m. to a breaking and entering involving force in a non-residence at 69 Berkeley St.
• Police responded to a report of lost property at 8 p.m. at 800 Boylston St. 
• Police investigated a person at 270 Huntington Ave. at 10:07 p.m. 

Sat, Feb 26

• Police responded at 1:50 a.m. to 140 Clarendon St. for a report of larceny over $200 from a vehicle.
• Police responded to a report of a car accident involving a police vehicle at 2:35 a.m. at 295 Berkeley St.
• Police responded to 144 Beacon St. at 8:45 a.m. for a report of larceny over $200 from a vehicle. 
• Victor Perez, of 510 Mystic Ave. Apt. 23A, Somerville, was arrested at 3:10 p.m. and charged with unarmed robbery at 815 Boylston St.
• Police responded to a report of an auto theft at 800 Boylston St. at 5 p.m. 
• Police responded at 5:31 p.m. to a report of shoplifting more than $200 from 93 Newbury St.
• Police responded to 793 Boylston St. at 5:45 p.m. for a medical call.
• Police responded to Fairfield Street at 6 p.m. for a report of larceny over $200 from a vehicle. 
• Daniel Geddes, of 452 Commercial St., Weymouth, was arrested at 7:16 p.m. at 675 Mass. Ave. and charged with possession of a Class A drug (heroin).
• Police responded to 100 Huntington Ave. at 7:50 p.m. for a report of shoplifting over $200.
• Police responded to an assault and battery at 431 Boylston St. at 8 p.m.
• Police responded at 8:30 p.m. to 18 Exeter St. for a report of larceny under $50 from a vehicle.

• Police responded to a motor vehicle accident with personal injury on Arlington St. at 2:15 a.m.
• Police responded to a report of a robbery on Dartmouth St. at 2:52 a.m.
• Police responded to a report of vandalism at 7:30 a.m. at 75 Clarendon St. 
• Police responded to a assault and battery at 784 Mass. Ave. at 4:19 p.m.
• Police responded to Beacon St. at 7 p.m. for a report of a motor vehicle causing property damage and leaving the scene.
• Police responded to a report of vandalism at 7:30 p.m. at 273 Clarendon St.
• Police responded to a report of larceny $50 to $199 on Mass. Ave. at 8 p.m.
• Police responded to an assault and battery at 145 Ipswich St. at 9:30 p.m.
• Police responded at 11 p.m. to a report of a pick-pocket stealing more than $200 at 1254 Boylston St.
• Police towed a motor vehicle from 244 Newbury St. at 12:44 p.m.
