Lawyers Rest Their Cases in 'Rockefeller' Murder Trial

Closing arguments are scheduled to begin Monday.

Prosecutors and defense attorneys have both rested their cases in
the trial of former Back Bay resident Christian Gerhartsreiter, also known as Clark Rockefeller, who is accused of murdering a San Marino resident and burying the victim's remains in his own backyard 28 years ago.

Closing arguments in the case are scheduled to begin Monday morning.

Gerhartsreiter, 52, is accused of the February 1985 slaying of John Sohus, 27, whose bones were found nearly a decade later. Gerhartsreiter was charged in March 2011, while serving a prison term in Massachusetts for kidnapping his own daughter.
