Licensing Board Agenda: Quality Mart Wants to Sell Liquor

The NABB Licensing and Building Use Committee meets tonight at 7 p.m. at the Neighborhood Association offices at 337 Newbury St. On the agenda:

• 244 Newbury - first look at a major reconstruction of this building to include new restaurant space on the lower floors. Owner/Developer, Charles Talanian Realty.
• 493 Beacon / 21 Mass Ave, Quality Mart. The applicant is returning to discuss a new proposal for the operation of the convenience store to include a liquor store section.
• Copley Square vagrancy & public drinking
• 4-6 Newbury - demolition and erecting a six story mixed-use building with parking, retail space and six residences. Several zoning appeals. Board of Appeal hearing June 7th.
