Of the 81 incidents in the Boston Police log that took place in Back Bay between August 3 and August 9, sixteen of them resulted in arrest.
On August 3 at 9:26 a.m., Steven Odem, who’s listed as living at the Long Island shelter, was arrested in Dartmouth St. on charges of possession of a ‘class e’ substance with intent to distribute as well as an outstanding warrant.

On August 3 at 10:30 a.m., Frank G. Sosinsky of 444 Harrison Ave. was arrested at 551 Boylston St. on an outstanding warrant.
On August 3 at about 2:45 p.m., Brian J. Rodgrigues of 6A Wiley Place, Wakefield, was arrested on Boylston St. on charges of assault with a deadly weapon (gun).

On August 3 at 9:00 p.m., Gloria M. Bisch of 9 Hawthrone St., was arrested at 760 Boylston St. for larceny shoplifting.
On August 5 at 10:45 a.m., Raul P. Maldonado of 39 Boylston St., was arrested at 585 Boylston St. on charges of public alcohol consumption.
On August 5 at 2:30 p.m., Jianfong Ye of 60 E. Broadway, New York, was arrested at 100 Huntington Ave. on charges of fraud/larceny by scheme.
On August 5 at 2:39 p.m., Brian C. Murray of 31 Zeller St., Roslindale, was arrested at 815 Boylston St. on charges of larceny/shoplifting.
On August 5 at 7:00 p.m. an unnamed juvenile was arrested at 500 Boylston St. on charges of assault and battery.
On August 6 at 5:49 p.m., Christopher H. Bouldin of 444 Harrison Ave. was arrested at Clearway and Mass. Ave. on charges of trespassing and breaking & entering.
On August 7 at 2:22 p.m., Paul D. Nicholson of 444 Harrison Ave. was arrested at 100 Harrison Ave. on charges of larceny/shoplifting.
On August 8 at 2:41 a.m., Michael Jason Kern of 1863 of 1863 Montefiore Walk, Henderson, NV., was arrested at 39 Dalton St. on charges of assault and battery.
On August 8 at 12:18 p.m., James Keefe of 90 Decatur St., Charlestown, was arrested at 349 Newbury St. on charges of larceny/shoplifting.
On August 8 at 4:07 p.m., Janette Lingham of 896 N. 42nd St., Philadelphia, PA, was arrested at 666 Boylston St. on charges of assault and battery with a deadly weapon.
On August 8 at 9:07 p.m., Curtis W. Lee of 794 Mass. Ave was arrested at 205 Dartmouth St. on charges of assault and battery.
On August 8 at 7:16 p.m., Sean G. Ventre of 220 Essex St., #2, Melrose, was arrested at 170 Commonwealth Ave. on charges of larceny/purse snatching.
Of the remaining reported incidences, 23 were larceny crimes.
