$1 Million Winning Lottery Ticket Sold In Hyannis

The winning ticket was bought on Wednesday at Corner Food Market at 640 Main St.

HYANNIS, MA — A convenience store in Hyannis sold a $10 million-winning lottery ticket, according to the Massachusetts Lottery.

The winning ticket was bought on Wednesday at Corner Food Market at 640 Main St. The lottery game was the "200x" instant ticket, and it cost $30 to play.

After taxes, the winner received $650,000. The lottery did not release the winner's name.

Hyannis lottery ticket buyers have had plenty of luck over the last year. In June 2021, West Main Gas sold a $10 million winning ticket. And since then, there's been four $100,000 prizes claimed after purchases at Hyannis stores.
