Well, retailing requires that the customer is always right, so hopefully my personality is such that I can listen and provide for the customer what they want.
Q: At what moment did you decide to open a business?

I went into the family business right out of college because the opportunity presented itself and was exactly what I wanted & needed to do at that time.
Q: What inspired you?
The potential that was possible. As a result of my parent's hard work.
Q: Describe the biggest challenge of owning a business in the town of Barnstable?
Making sure that we do not get over looked in the always changing business climate.
Q: Describe the best thing about owning a business in the town of Barnstable?
Barnstable (Cape Cod) is a great town with an excellent customer base that takes care of their properties to a large degree. This is good stuff for paint and decorating stores such as ourselves.
Q: What is one thing you would never change about your business?
All things change, I’m not sure if there is anything I would never change or expect to be changed.
Q: What is your business’ greatest asset?
Our word of mouth reputation that we have worked so hard for.
Q: What is your favorite spot in town?
The YMCA (for the swimming).
Q: What’s one thing the community should know about you?
That I am always listening and trying to improve how we do business.
