The raid happened at about 8 p.m. at Maskell's residence at 413 West Yarmouth Rd. Police previously obtained a search warrant after they said they gathered evidence that Maskell was dealing heroin.
Officers encountered five people—including Maskell and Andrews—upon entering the residence. All were detained; three were not charged.
