Cape Cod Trio Charged With Using Heroin, Cocaine Around Children
Three Cape Cod residents were recently arrested on charges they used heroin and cocaine in the presence of children.

YARMOUTH, MA — Three Cape Cod residents were arrested in Yarmouth Friday on charges they used heroin and cocaine in the presence of children.
Arrested were:
- Nicholas Beach (shown above at left), 24, of Yarmouth. Charged with heroin possession with intent to distribute, cocaine possession with intent to distribute, and conspiracy.
- Tessa West, 21, of Eastham. Charged with knowingly being present where heroin is kept and conspiracy.
- Robert Clark, 36, of Yarmouth. Charged with knowingly being present where heroin is kept.
Police said on Friday at about 9 p.m., they received a call that people were overdosing at Clark's residence on Alewife Circle.

Police said they found five grams of heroin, three grams of cocaine, and drug distribution materials at the residence. Children were also in the residence; they were brought to a "safe location," police said.
