5 Charged In May Craigville Beach Shooting
Five people, including a teenager also charged in the June Main Street shooting in Hyannis, face a variety of charges. What to know.
BARNSTABLE, MA — Five people face charges from the recent shooting at the Craigville Beach parking lot in Barnstable, including the 16-year-old charged in the June shooting on Hyannis' Main Street.
One person was injured from what police said were possible gunshots in the Craigville Beach parking lot during the weekend of May 27.
Police report that two people were shot at while parked in their car at the beach. One suffered minor injuries from broken glass.

During the investigation, several key pieces of evidence, including video surveillance, were recovered by detectives, police said.
Charged in this case are Matthew Aguiar, 20, of Wareham, Clyde Perry Jr., 26, of Hyannis, Marckell Gordon, 22, of Centerville, Adaesia Ogarro, 20, of East Falmouth, and a 16-year-old juvenile from Hyannis.

Barnstable police say they face charges ranging from weapons charges to assault to murder.
All suspects were arraigned at Barnstable District Court and were ordered as followed:
- Aguiar — Held on dangerousness for 120 days
- Gordon — Held on dangerousness for 120 days
- Perry — Held on $25,000 bail with GPS and curfew if released
- Ogarro — Released
- Juvenile — Held on dangerousness for 120 days.
