Community Update

Housing Assistance Corporation has received
funding from the Town of Barnstable to repair/replace health and safety items
for income eligible homeowners who live in any of the Villages within Town of
Barnstable.

The eligibility is 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) depending upon household
size.

Possible repairs must fall within the health/safety category
– septic, roofs, carpentry, mold/mildew, electric, foundation problems, heating
systems, water, etc.
