Hayden, 30, of 38 Bodfish Place, Hyannis for open and gross lewdness, OUI-child endangerment while under the influence, possession of a class A drug, intimidation of a witness, assault and battery domestic violence, unlawful possession of a chemical substance and violation of a protective order.

6:55 pm - A gun shots disturbance was reported at 50 Fresh Holes Rd., Hyannis, report taken.

9:39 pm - A suspicious motor vehicle was reported at Main Street and High School Road, Hyannis, serviced.

9:51 pm - Assault and battery was reported at 800 Bearse's Way, Hyannis, arrest made. Police arrested Taryn Thomas of the same address for assault and battery domestic violence, assault and battery by a dangerous weapon and unlawful possession of a chemical substance. Police arrested James T. Anderson of the same address for assault and battery domestic violence, unlawful possession of a firearm with FID card, defacing a firearm and unlawful possession of ammunition.

12:21 am - Suspicious activity was reported at 67 Sea St., Hyannis, arrest made. Police arrested Neftali Vallejo of the same address for assault and battery, intimidation of a witness and placed him in protective custody.

12:33 am - Vandalism was reported at Seaside Pub on Main, protective custody. Police placed Ashley Grace Jaworoski of 351 Poponessett Rd., Cotuit in protective custody and charged her with assault and battery on a police officer, injury to real or personal property, resisting/obstructing arrest. 

12:55 am - Police conducted a follow-up, arrest made. Police arrested David George Delancey of 198 Strawberry Hill Rd., Hyannis for assault by a dangerous weapon (firearm). 

12:57 am - A groups disturbance was reported at Steakhouse Sports Bar, arrest made. Police arrested Michael Steve Rivera of 295 Strawberry Hill Rd., Hyannis for consuming alcohol in public and disorderly conduct.

1:08 am - Police conducted a motor vehicle stop, arrest made. Police arrested Nathan David Borges of 797 Old Stage Rd., Centerville for operating without a license, possession of a class B substance and operating with unnecessary noise.

2:27 am - A suspicious motor vehicle was reported at Mark's Path and Route 28, Hyannis, serviced.

Police arrested Matthew Patrick Pawloski of 2069 Main St., Marstons Mills for OUI-liquor second offense and operating without license in possession. Another individual was placed in protective custody.
