7:02 am - A break-in was reported at 73 East Bay Rd., Osterville, report taken.

8:31 am - A break-in was reported at Sam's Food Mart at Santuit Sunoco, report taken.

No Time Available - A hate crime was reported at Barnstable High School, summons issued. Police summonsed Lindsey M. Ecker of 800 Bearse's Way, Hyannis for assault and battery to intimidate for race/religion and disturbing school assembly. 

9:27 am - A suspicious motor vehicle was reported at 30 Putnam Ave., Cotuit, serviced.

9:30 am - Suspicious activity was reported at Cromwell Courts, serviced.

10:17 am - Motorcycle larceny was reported at Quick Stop on Route 28, Marstons Mills, serviced.

10:20 am - Police made a warrant attempt at McDoanld's on North Street, Hyannis, arrest made. Police arrested Robert F. Best of 77 Winter St., Hyannis on a warrant.

11:22 am - A motor vehicle break-in was reported at Heritage House Motel, report taken.

11:51 am - Police were called for an assist at AM/PM Convenience, arrest made. 

12:07 pm - Police made a warrant attempt, arrest made. Police arrested Peter T. Fratus Jr. of 91 Route 28, W. Yarmouth on a warrant for larceny from a person.

12:23 pm - A domestic restraining order violation was reported, summonsed issued. Police summonsed Tara A. Gavigan of 107 Gorham Rd., Harwich for violation of a protective order. 

2:04 pm - Domestic assault and battery was reported at Pine Street, Hyannis, report taken.

6:32 pm - Injured animals were reported at Macy's, serviced.

6:54 pm - Police conducted a motor vehicle stop at Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank, arrest made. 

9:15 pm - Domestic unwanted was reported at Pleasant Street, Hyannis, report taken.

9:42 pm - Police conducted a motor vehicle stop, arrest made. POlice arrested Leslie J. Siscoe of 157 Berry Ave., W. Yarmouth on a warrant for assault and battery on a disabled person.

9:57 pm - Larceny shoplifting was reported at CVS on North Street, Hyannis, serviced.

10:12 pm - A missing person was reported at Stop&Shop on Independence Drive, Hyannis, serviced.

10:57 pm - Police conducted a motor vehicle stop, arrest made. Police arrested Charlotte Lawrence of 175 Great Neck Rd., Mashpee for fail to obey an officer, operating to endanger, operating without a license and failure to stop for a police officer. 

11:59 pm - Suspicious activity was reported at 1115 Shootflying Hill Rd., Centerville, serviced.
