2:22 am - A disturbance was reported at Fresh Holes Road, Hyannis, serviced.

4:32 am - Police recovered a motor vehicle at Mc Donald's on North Street, Hyannis, serviced.

8:54 am - Larceny was reported at the Cape Codder Resort, report taken.

10:23 am - Homeless intoxicated person was reported at Veterans of Foreign Wars, serviced.

10:45 am - A domestic assault and battery was reported at Barnstable Police Department, arrest made. police placed Robert F. Boland of 35 Eastview Ter., Marstons MIlls in protective custody and charged him with assault and battery domestic violence.

11:11 am - Motor vehicle larceny was reported at Budget Car Rental, report taken.

11:54 am - The fire department was called to Sturgis Charter School, taken/transferred.

1:08 pm - Police were called for a medical assist at Hyannis House Apartments, report taken.

2:39 pm - Vandalism was reported at St. Patrick Cemetery, serviced.

Theresa Perella-Cimeno of 77 Gemini Dr., W. Barnstable for assault and battery, threat to commit a crime and placed her in protective custody.

Saturday, Sept. 17

12:59 am - A fight was reported at 586 Bistro, report taken. Police arrested Laura L. Mendosa of 21 Norton Rd., W. Yarmouth for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct and resisting/obstructing arrest. Police arrested Galen T. Isnec of 49 Oak St., Centerville for assault and battery on an officer, resisting/obstructing arrest, disorderly conduct, assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (motor vehicle). Police arrested Jessica L. St. Romaine of 29 Salt Works Ln., Apt. B, S. Yarmouth for disorderly conduct, resisting/obstructing arrest and placed her in protective custody.

1:21 am - Police were called for a medical assist at Cape Cod Hospital, serviced.

1:53 am - A suspicious motor vehicle was reported a Bay Shore Road, Hyannis, serviced.

2:07 am - Police were called for an assist at Barnstable Road, Hyannis, serviced.

3:03 am - A fight was reported at 349 Maple St., West Barnstable, arrest made. Police arrested David W. Martin of the same address for assault and battery domestic violence.

8:45 am - A motor vehicle larceny was reported at 190 Buckskin Path, Centerville, report taken.

11:37 am - Police were called for a medical assist at May Institute, transported to hospital.

3:09 pm - Larceny was reported at Craigville Motel, serviced.

A disturbance was reported at Cromwell Courts, arrest made. Police arrested Andrew William Gill of 916 N. Quincy St., Brockton for assault and battery and intimidation of a witness and Dilia Alicea of 168 Banstable Rd., Apt. 9J, Hyannis for two counts of assault and battery and intimidation of a witness.

4:44 pm - Police made a warrant attempt at Dorothy Bearse Apartments, transported to hospital.

5:58 pm - Motor vehicle larceny was reported at Cape Cod Cars and Trucks, report taken.

6:35 pm - Police responded to an accident with personal injury, arrest made. Police arrested Ronald Francis Sprague of 5 Karen Way, S. Yarmouth for OUI-liquor 3rd offense and operating recklessly to endanger.

7:02 pm - Harassing threats were reported at 349 Great Marsh Rd., Centerville, report taken.

7:24 pm - A fight was reported at 250 Sea St., arrest made. Police arrested Jay P. Woodsum of 250 Sea St., Apt. 1, Hyannis on a warrant and placed him in protective custody.

7:24 pm - Police executed a search warrant at Park Square Village, arrest made. Police arrested Jennifer Maureen Williams of 156 Main St., Apt. Rm2, Hyannis for drug possession of a class b substance with intent to distribute and possession of a class d substance with intent to distribute.

8:44 pm - Police assisted another agency at Kimber Woods, transported to hospital.

7:56 pm - Larceny was reported Craigville Motel, summons issued. Police summonsed Nicholas Bradshaw of 44 Yarmouth Rd., Hyannis for larceny of property more than $250.

8:08 pm - Police were called for a medical assist at Long Pond Road and Eastview Terrace, Marstons Mills, serviced.

8:14 pm - A groups disturbance was reported at Cromwell Courts, serviced.

1:42 am - Police were called for a medical assist at Clamshell Cove Rd., Cotuit, serviced.

10:17 am - Suspicious activity was reported at 555 Old Stage Rd., Centerville, report taken.

12:19 pm - Suspicious activity was reported at Hyannis Public Library, serviced.

12:23 pm - Larceny was reported at Holiday Inn, report taken.

1:34 pm - A boat break-in was reported at Cotuit Town Docks, report taken.

1:45 pm - Shoplifting larceny was reported at Shaw's Supermarket on West Main Street, Hyannis, serviced.

3:15 pm - A break-in was reported at 113 Winter St., Hyannis, arrest made. Police arrested Robert Long of 283 Bearse's Way, Hyannis for three counts of larceny by check, three counts of forgery, three counts of uttering a forged instrument, resisting/obstructing arrest and assault and battery on a police officer.

4:54 pm - A disorderly person disturbance was reported at Cape Cod Mall, serviced.

7:30 pm - A suspicious person was reported at CVS on North Street, Hyannis, serviced.

8:46 pm - A domestic verbal argument was reported at 31 St. Joseph St., Hyannis report taken.

11:23 pm - A hit and run was reported at 181 Elliot Rd., Centerville, arrest made. Police arrested Ashling M. Sullivan of 84 Kingwear Cr., S. Dennis for OUI-liquor, operating to endanger and two counts of leaving the scene of an accident with damage.
