BHS Student to be Recognized for Anti-Bullying Work
A Barnstable High School senior will be recognized at the "Stand Up to Bullying 2011" conference.

As a member of the Governor's Youth Council, Barstable High School senior Fallon Rice helps advocate positive messages to his peers.
On Tuesday, Dec. 13 at the Massachusetts “Stand Up to Bullying 2011” Conference Fallon will be honored as the only student speaker to address a state-wide audience of more than 4,000 students.
Fallon advised students at Barnstable High School on strategies to end bullying.

In addition to Fallon Rice, Barnstable High School will send member of the following high school groups: Gay-Straight Alliance, Stand Up to Stand Out (the new name of the Alliance Against Racism and Violence), The Imani Club, Challenge Day teen leaders, and ACT (All Come Together).
