Boaters Rescued Near Hyannis

A couple out fishing near Squaw Island was rescued Monday night from their boat after they became lost in thick fog.

The couple, a 60-year-old man and his 55-year-old wife were heading back after fishing off Squaw Island when the fog came in and they became lost, Hyannis Fire Lieutenant Thomas Kenney told the Boston Globe.

The couple’s boat was located about 150 yards offshore. They were not hurt.
