Ballet at Cotuit: Advanced Beginner

This class is for the dancer who wants a bit more of a challenge and has taken the Beginning Ballet Basics class or who has studied ballet before. The class incorporates a barre, stretch and center floor work that requires more balance and core strength, but is doable for any age. Learn new steps, ballet vocabulary, port de bras and positions set to beautiful music that will encourage the inner dancer in you. The class is taught by a ballet dancer/instructor with years of professional dancing and teaching experience. Bring water and wear dance clothing (dance skirts are allowed) and ballet slippers.
