Cape Cod Man Upskirted Girl, 9: Police
A Cape Cod upskirting suspect is wanted by Yarmouth police after allegedly victimizing multiple women and a girl at a clothing store.
YARMOUTH, MA — Police in Yarmouth are asking the public's help finding an upskirting suspect who allegedly victimized multiple women and a 9-year-old girl. The man pictured was seen "clearly" using his phone at a women's clothing store to video multiple unsuspecting victims — including a the girl, police said. The incident happened July 15 at about 2 p.m., police said.

"The upskirting occurred several times in the store to different unsuspecting females," Yarmouth police said in a statement. "Surveillance video clearly shows the suspect who was videotaping unsuspecting females with his cellphone, under their skirts throughout the store."
The suspect is a 5 feet 7 inches with black hair and a mustache. He was missing a front tooth, police said.
