Trespass Music has teamed up with the Cotuit Center for the Arts to bring you a wonderful new series. The Art Barn offers a comfortable, fun space where you can bring the family to enjoy music performances from some wonderfully talented up and coming singer/songwriters and Mon. July 25 is no exception.

Winner of the New Jersey Folk Festival Singer Songwriter competition and known for her rich alto voice and heart tugging songs, Loretta Hagen's musical career spans over two decades, weaving folk, country, rock and blues. Loretta writes songs that possess strong, catchy melodies and passionate, poignant lyrics.
Hagen has shared the stage with many notables including Roger McGuinn, Johnny Winter, Buskin & Batteau, The Kennedy’s and many more, performing at venues and festivals as well as her own headlined shows across the NE and Nashville, including the famed Bluebird Café.

Following her critically acclaimed CD “Something More”, co produced by Pat McInerney (Nanci Griffith), Hagen released “Sundown Till Dawn”, a CD that garners rave reviews and radio play across the country. Mon. July 25 at 10:30 am Loretta will be the guest of DJ Bob Weiser on WOMR 92.1FM Provincetown "The Old Songs' Home" Radio Show. The CD is her most personal to date, with the title track being written about her mother who suffers with Alzheimer's Disease. Nationally recognized Hagen performed "Sundown Till Dawn" on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial for the Alzheimer's Association in Washington DC. The emotionally charged ballad is included on the soundtrack of a film called “10 Mountains 10 Years”, chronicling the journey of a group of mountain climbers who are raising awareness about the disease.
At 12 years old, Boston's WUMB was first to publicly recognize Hayley Reardon's emerging talent as a winner at the 2009 Boston Folk festival Songwriting Contest. Now 14 years of age, Hayley's 40 plus performances at coffeehouses and festivals throughout MA, CT and ME have led to a growing number of New England fans, she has also achieved recognition at a National level for her efforts to build awareness about bullying through her songs "Stand Together" and "She's Falling".
