Hyannis Man Crashes Into Sandwich Home: Police
A 60-year-old Hyannis man was charged with driving under the influence after police said he crashed into a home in Sandwich.
SANDWICH, MA — A 60-year-old Hyannis man will be summoned to Barnstable District Court after police said he crashed his car into a house while under the influence. Police said the crashed happened just before 12:30 a.m. Friday in the area of Route 6A and Liberty Street in Sandwich.
The driver was taken to Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis with non life-threatening injuries. Police said the driver will be charged with operating under the influence and operating to endanger.
