Kim Santino Brings Over 20 Years of Experience to Harbor Point

Joins Assisted Living Community as New Director of Community Relations

Having been close to her grandparents, Kim Santino of Plymouth, Mass., has always had a special place in her heart for seniors. She’s now delighted to be serving Cape Cod families as the new director of community relations for Harbor Point at Centerville in Centerville, Mass. The assisted living and memory care community has the distinction of being the very first community built by Benchmark, a human connection company and now the leading provider of senior living services in the Northeast.

Santino joins the company after spending the last two decades in the direct selling industry. Most recently, she served as director of sales and training for London-based Neal’s Yard Remedies.

Speaking of her transition from direct selling to health care, Santino says, “Benchmark encompasses what is most important for me at this time in my life, which is wanting to make a huge difference in the lives of others. I love what Benchmark represents for its residents, families and associates.”

Santino’s career encompasses over 17 years spent at Plymouth-based PartyLite where she was director of U.S. consultant services and eventually senior manager of lineage development for North America. A 25-year resident of Plymouth, she is married and has three children and two grandchildren.

“Kim is extraordinarily talented and an obvious caregiver,” says Sandy West, executive director of Harbor Point. “She shares our deep passion for keeping our residents and their families connected to what matters most in their lives, and we are excited to have her join our Harbor Point family.”
