MA Man Faces Drug Charges After Cape Cod Stop

Police found both crack cocaine and fentanyl in a unique hiding spot on the 23-year-old's person, officials said.

SOUTH YARMOUTH, MA — A Fall River man faces charges after police found crack cocaine and fentanyl "wedged between his buttocks," police said.

A Yarmouth Police Detective saw a Toyota pickup truck driving without an inspection sticker just before 6:30 p.m. on June 17, police said. The truck had been registered in September, however, it was never inspected.

Upon stopping the truck on Station Avenue near the Union Station Plaza, the detective observed the passenger "acting strangely." He also noticed a small bulge in his pocket, officials said.
