On Your Mark, Set, Go to the Hyannis Marathon
Consider watching runners compete in the Hyannis Marathon and tell us where you think the best spots are.
I probably can't call myself a marathoner if I only ran one. Regardless, I do know the spirit of a marathoner as I embraced if for one full winter while training for the Boston Marathon in '09 and how important cheering spectators are.
On Sunday, 1610 runners participating in one of four events will hit the course at 10 a.m. sharp and there is likely to be a bit of snow.
If you're not running, maybe considering picking a great cheering spot on the course. Grab some hot cocoa, maybe prepare a little snack to hand to runners and enjoy the race.
