Swim and Safety Week is here. During the week, Town of Barnstable lifeguards will host water safety presentations to help educate the public. Earlier in the week, guards gave a demonstration at Covell's beach on First Aid. Often these young men and women are the first to respond to emergencies on public beaches and in the water.
