Shark Sighting Closes Cape Cod Beach
Beachgoers were ordered out of the water Wednesday morning after a shark was seen offshore.
TRURO, MA — A beach on Cape Cod was closed Wednesday morning after a shark was spotted close to shore. The shark was seen 50 yards off Head of the Meadow Beach around 10:50 a.m., according to the Atlantic White Shark Conservancy's Sharktivity app.
The beach will be closed for one hour, according to the app.
