Simon Announces New Mall Manager at Cape Cod Mall
James Alexander has been named Mall Manager at Cape Cod Mall in Hyannis, Massachusetts

Simon Property Group Inc., the global leader in retail real estate ownership, management and development announced today that James Alexander has been named Mall Manager at Cape Cod Mall in Hyannis, Massachusetts.
As Mall Manager at Cape Cod Mall, Alexander will be responsible for financial, marketing and operational performance of the center while managing day-to-day operations, creating and implementing annual operating budgets, overseeing local leasing, and lease administration. Alexander will also manage maintenance, housekeeping, security, marketing, and will also lead a team who will drive sales and traffic to the center. Previously, Alexander was a Property Manager with Ferland Corporation in Rhode Island and then served as a Regional Manager with Konover Corporation in Connecticut directing 3,000 residential units and mix-use commercial properties in a multi-state region. In 1995, Alexander became the Vice President of Boston Realty Works, Inc. where he focused on Institutional clients, retail and high profile residential housing. James founded, managed and recently sold a chain of wine shops and a wine/beer wholesale company in Boston. James is a graduate of Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. James lives in Westborough, Massachusetts with his wife, Donna, and two children, William and Nicole.
