Simon Announces New Mall Manager at Cape Cod Mall

As Mall Manager at Cape Cod Mall, Huer will manage day-to-day operations, create and implement annual operating budgets, oversee local leasing, lease administration, and manage maintenance, housekeeping, security, and marketing.

Huer has over 20 years of experience in the retail and property management industry including previous experience with Simon from 1998 – 2005 at properties such as South Shore Plaza in Braintree, Massachusetts. Most recently, Huer was the General Manager of Swansea Mall in Swansea, Massachusetts before rejoining Simon and Cape Cod Mall. Huer is a graduate of Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts and has a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science. He also holds a Massachusetts Real Estate License. Huer lives in Somerset, Massachusetts with his three children, Benjamin, Kathryn and Nathaniel.
