Tickets on Sale for 26th Annual Figawi Ball

Figawi, one of the Cape’s great signature traditions, will kick off the 2012 race festivities with the 26^th annual charity ball on Saturday, May 19^th at 7 PM  at The Resort and Conference Center in Hyannis.  Tickets are now on sale.

The Cape’s own American Idol Finalist Siobhan Magnus will headline this year’s ball with a moving, live performance of the National Anthem.  The evening will also feature a red carpet arrival, dancing, cuisine from several of the Cape’s finest restaurants, a silent auction, a raffle, gaming tables and some new surprises. Entertainment will be provided by The Figawi House Band Soul Sound Revue and Groove Alliance.  Auction items include trips, fabulous works of art from artists such as Jerome Howes and Marjorie Mellor, sports memorabilia and more.

The Figawi Ball is one of the signature fundraising events to benefit Figawi Charities and has raised nearly three million dollars in twenty five years. The primary beneficiary of this year’s event is the Hyannis Youth and Community Center. 

The ball kicks off at 7 PM and evening attire is required (black tie optional).  Tickets are $75 each and can be purchased online at Figawi.com, or at Cape Cod Mall or Puritans in Hyannis.
