2. Gale Associates to Lead $7 Million Restoration of Historic Barnstable Superior Courthouse (bostonrealestatetimes.com) — Barnstable’s nearly 200-year-old Superior Courthouse is set for a $7 million exterior restoration starting in July, its first major overhaul in more than 50 years.
