Winter Photography Workshop and Scavenger Hunt Comes to the Public Garden!
The Winter Pics in the Park program is well underway! Don't miss your chance to be involved. Next photography workshop is scheduled for January 8th in the North End.

December 6, 2011
Bostonian photographers, seasoned veterans and beginners alike, will have the chance to participate in a chillier version of this summer’s Pics in the Park program. In light of the program’s popularity in summer months, the Boston Parks Department has decided to offer this wonderful opportunity once again those who can brave the cold.
Participants will develop tricks and techniques for framing the vibrant seasonal landscapes of the Boston Public Garden. Additionally, those who attend will be given a series of clues throughout the following six weeks, each leading to a different landmark within Boston. Select photos of the landmarks will be part of a four-week photography exhibit beginning February 20th in Boston City Hall. A panel of judges will vote on their favorite picture and the photographer responsible will win a fantastic prize!
