Craft String Quartet plays Mendelssohn & Shaw at King's Chapel, May 30

Enjoy a half-hour of string quartets by Fanny Mendelssohn and Caroline Shaw today, beginning at 12:15 pm.

King's Chapel welcomes you to the Tuesday, May 30 Noon-Hour recital presented by the Craft String Quartet. The members of the Craft String Quartet areColleen Brannen and Amy Sims, violins; Amelia Hollander Ames, viola; and Velleda Miragias, cello. This program begins at 12:15 PM and will feature works of Fanny Mendelssohn and Caroline Shaw. Suggested donation for this 35-minute program is $3 and all proceeds go to the performer.

Historic King's Chapel, founded in 1636, is located at 58 Tremont Street (at the corner of Beacon and Tremont Streets) in downtown Boston. The present King's Chapel building was finished in 1754, and is part of Boston's acclaimed Freedom Trail.
