Chef Brian Poe to dish out Irish-themed treats on March 17

This St. Patrick’s Day, chef Brian Poe will be getting into the spirit of Éire by dishing out a series of specials at his three area restaurants. The “Double Date with St. Patrick & Brian Poe” tour includes a lineup of corned beef and cabbage dishes with clever twists and turns along the way:

The Tip Tap Room – 138 Cambridge Street, Boston:
At Poe’s Beacon Hill hotspot, he will serve up Corned Duck served with corned beef and cabbage gnocchi, malted cabbage dust and a whiskey glaze ($26). The Tip Tap Room also offers a collection of rare Irish whiskeys sure to please the palate of any reveler.
