Eileen Samuels, Andrew Perlman, and David Gerzof Richard to be honored by the Vilna Shul on May 1

Join the Vilna Shul, Boston's Center for Jewish Culture, in honoring area residents Eileen Samuels, Andrew Perlman, David Gerzof Richard.

The Vilna Shul, Boston's Center for Jewish Culture, will honor Eileen Samuels, Andrew Perlman, and David Gerzof Richard at its annual spring benefit event, "Creating Community," on Sunday, May 1 at 5:30PM in its historic building on Beacon Hill. The Vilna, a vibrant Jewish cultural center housed within the only remaining immigrant-era synagogue building that remains in Boston, will present Samuels, a long-time Vilna Board Member, with its Visionary Leadership Award, with Perlman and Gerzof receiving the organization's Legacy Award on behalf of their co-founding the Vilna's Young Leadership lay-lead, spiritual programming arm, Havurah on the Hill (which is celebrating its 13th anniversary).

Event Co-Chairs are Maxine Goldberg and Rebecca Kotkin. Honorary Co-Chairs are Robert Beal and Mark Atkins. Dinner, drinks, live jazz, sumptuous dessert, and an exciting auction will be enjoyed.
