Easter Brunch at the Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro

In celebration of Easter Sunday on April 24th, 2011, the Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro will be offering a special, prix fixe Easter Brunch perfect for locals and travelers alike! From 10:30AM – 4:00PM diners can indulge in festive springtime favorites such as the Arugula Salad topped with candied hazelnuts and lemon vinaigrette, Kentucky Ham with a maple mustard glaze, Crispy Braised and Roasted Jameson Farm Lamb Shoulder, and a house-made Carrot Cake that would make even the Easter Bunny green with envy!
