Sweet spot puts guests to the test with blind tasting of Valrhona and Hershey’s

Finale invites guests to experience the taste sensations of premium Valrhona chocolate paired with Taylor Fladgate Port wines. Using the luxury brand of chocolate from France known as Valrhona, Executive Pastry Chef, Nicole Coady will handcraft a selection of five desserts that pair well with five classic port wines.

In addition, guests will be put to the test with a blind tasting of Valrhona and Hershey’s chocolate. Finally, Chef Coady will discuss how the distinctive flavors in the dessert wines complement each pairing.
