Take a fun and fantastic culinary wine tour around the world with the Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro’s Wine & Dine Mondays, a series beginning on February 27th, 2012 and ending on May 7th, 2012. While "voyaging" the globe to learn about wine, from our vineyards here in the U.S., to Chile and Southwestern France, the series is also about the four-course dinner, designed to complement each featured wine. This intimate adventure is set in communal seating to encourage conversation, laughter and fun.

The first event focuses on the Languedoc/Roussillon region, which stretches from the Rhone river to the Spanish border, is the biggest wine region in the world, and is responsible for almost a third of French production.
