This Father’s Day, Scampo chef and owner Lydia Shire will dish out a collection of kingly menu features over brunch and dinner service. Available in addition to the regular menus, these a la carte specials showcase the best tastes from land and sea while spoiling the taste buds of much-deserving patriarchs.
To start, there is Crispy Soft Shell Crab with avocado and spring pea mash, salsa roja and pea tendrils ($24). The specialty entrée is a porcini-rubbed Grilled 22oz Tomahawk Steak served with beet risotto, black truffle vinaigrette and arugula leaves with an optional sunny side egg on top ($62). For one last taste of indulgence, the dessert special is Spring’s Fresh Strawberry Pavlova with brown sugar ice cream ($12).
