Murphy & King Announces New Associate, Atty. Andrea L. MacIver

Murphy & King, Professional Corporation announced today that Andrea L. MacIver has joined the firm as an Associate working on complex business and commercial litigation matters. In this role, Ms. MacIver will assist the practice in shareholder disputes, claims of commercial fraud, IP disputes and complex contractual claims. Prior to joining Murphy & King, Ms. MacIver was an Appellate Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Nathaniel R. Howse, Jr. of the Illinois Appellate Court, First District in Chicago. She has also worked as an Associate at The Deratany Firm in Chicago where she concentrated her practice on litigation matters. While in law school, Ms. MacIver served as the Editor of Articles, Notes, and Comments for the DePaul Law Review.

Ms. MacIver received her Juris Doctor at DePaul University College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts at Stonehill College. She resides in Beacon Hill in Boston, and is originally from South Hadley, Massachusetts.
