Photo Gallery: Frosty Fun and Olympians at Opening of Frog Pond Skating Rink

Under new management this year the Frog Pond ice skating rink was officially opened for the season on Sunday night. Following delays due to unseasonably warm weather the skating rink was unveiled with much fanfare, with a show featuring the cast of Boston Ballet's The Nutcracker and former Olympic skating champs.

The skating rink, which for years was run by the under the direction of Tom Kershaw, is now operated by the Skating Club of Boston, which won the bid this year.
