Friday, March 23 <ul> <li>At 5:12 p.m. police responded to the Liberty Hotel, at 215 Charles St., for a report of a larceny over $200. According to police reports, a man in the lobby can be seen on hotel security cameras grabbing a black canvas bag at the bellhop station and leaving out the front door, toward Charles Street.
